- For last 2 decades, Rajiv worked across diverse sectors -Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Telecommunication & ITES, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Cement, Banks, BPO & other service industries- in over 10 countries and delivered annual benefits of more than $ 3 Billion
- Prior to 2014, Rajiv held leadership roles across Middle East & South Asia as Lean Six Sigma coach /Master Black Belt with GE, Airtel, HCL, Ingersoll Rand, TCS, and Coca-Cola and lastly, as a General Manager with Alcatel Lucent. He began his career as an Engineer
- Rajiv has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Guwahati (2002)
- Rajiv is also a Lean Financial Accountant with a string of Certifications including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Indian Statistical Institute) Black Belt from ASQ, Lean Expert (BMG Europe) and a Project Management Professional
- Rajiv is based in New Delhi, India and is happiest on either side of a B-B-Q Grill!
