Srini has over 15 years of trans-national HR experience across Agri-Input, Media, Telecom and Professional HR Services industries. He has practitioner’s experience in deployment of Performance Management , Rewards, Employee Connect and Capability Building Programs in the organizations he has worked. He has worked closely with partners such as Hay and Hewitt (on job grading, compensation) and with firms such Gallup and Meyer-Monitor on Employee Engagement Survey and Impact Planning Exercises and brings with him valuable hands-on experience in driving cultural transition and development of HR strategies post merger and acquisition.

3.Deputy General Manager-Human Resources (Bharti Airtel) – 2007-2010

  • i. Enabled Successful Integration of Kerala and TN Circles into ONE KTN circle as Cultural Integration Manager
  • ii. Successfully deployed Organisational Talent Management & Review Process across 6 circles (KK, TN,AP, Kerala,MPCG and Rajasthan) in 2009-10

  • i.Provided Leadership to the HR Function of Vijayanand Printers Ltd (VPL)- a subsidiary company of Times Group-possessing a workforce of 1800 staff across 10 locations of Karnataka State
  • ii. Responsible for ensuring smooth integration (people and cultural) post-acquisition of VPL by TOI group. Evolved gamut of HR processes and systems in VPL (several in sync with Times Group business objectives and philosophy)
