Rabi leads our Organisation Design practice since 2014
Previously, Rabi has led and delivered complex Organization Design assignments for over 25 years while working with Mercer Consulting, Andersen, Hay Group.
Recently Rabi led development of an exhaustive Competency Dictionary, for India’s Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) and a plan for implementing Integrity Index
He has worked with industry & government entities in India & abroad, delivering various HR offerings – Job Evaluations, Competencies, Technology in HR and Talent Management
Clients he has consulted with straddle organizations in Power Sector, Auto & Auto Ancillaries, Insurance Companies and with Government bodies in India (Central and State), UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore etc.
He & some ex-colleagues bootstrapped to create an innovative out-of-home advertising solution that was patented & installed in 12 Metros across the world.
Rabi has a Master’s Degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and is a certified Coach
Rabi is based in New Delhi, is a keen Badminton player, enjoys watching football and also plays the beautiful game occasionally.
