Jyotirmoy Bose

Jyoti has been our Learner-in-Chief since founding White Spaces in 2007.
Over the last 3 decades, Jyoti has worked across diverse sectors – Manufacturing, Consumer, Banking, Technology, Media & Renewable Energy – in over 40 countries
Prior to 2007, Jyoti has held regional leadership roles across Middle East & South Asia with ANZ Grindlays Bank, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young (now EY) and lastly, as a Director with the Times Group, India’s largest media house. He began his career as a shop floor executive with Asian Paints, Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
He also serves as a Board Director and / or Advisor to about a dozen companies and as a Family Business Counsellor to few Promoter families in India and abroad.
Jyoti possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi (1984), MBA from IIM Calcutta (1986)
Jyoti is an Executive Coach (certified personally by Marshall Goldsmith) in 2007.
He also works closely with School of Organisational Learning, MIT, USA and the Presencing Institute, Berlin, Germany as a Leadership & Change Facilitator.
Jyoti is based in New Delhi, India and enjoys learning & sharing his learnings generously.
